Manufacturer Warranties 

 

To the extent any warranties are offered by a manufacturer of products sold on our Website, you will be required to contact the manufacturer directly with any warranty inquiries or claims. We do not administer warranty claims for manufacturers, nor do we facilitate the submission of warranty claims on your behalf. To the extent a manufacturer offers a warranty, you may be required to provide proof of purchase and that you were the original purchaser.

Most of the products sold by Tropic N Reef Aquariums Inc. are sold new in original manufacture’s packing. However, in some circumstances, bulk items are shipped loose without a manufacturer’s packaging, such as plumbing parts and others.   

Further to our Terms and Conditions of Use, to the fullest extent permitted by law, Tropic N Reef Aquariums Inc. is not responsible for, and you are agreeing not to hold us liable for, any damages or loss incurred in connection with the installation, use or failure to be able to use any products purchased from us or damage to your property due to products purchased from Tropic N Reef Aquariums Inc.
