*ALL LIVESTOCK IS FINAL SALE*

At the time of sale, all livestock sold by our store is carefully inspected to ensure it is healthy and in good condition. We take great care to provide quality livestock and maintain the highest standards within our facility.

Once livestock leaves the premises, we are unable to accept any responsibility for its condition. Due to the many variables beyond our control—including transport conditions, acclimation practices, and the home aquarium environment—we do not offer refunds, exchanges, or store credit on any livestock once it has been sold.

THIS MEANS ALL LIVESTOCK IS FINAL SALE.

We strongly encourage all customers to ensure their aquariums are fully cycled and appropriate for the species they are purchasing. If you have questions or need guidance, our staff is happy to help before your purchase.
