This price match policy is subject to change. However, no changes to the policy will be applied retroactively to products you have already purchased from us. 

 

Price Match

 

If you find a lower online price from any other authorized Canadian dealer, we will gladly match it and will also provide an additional 8% of the price difference. The refund will be provided via our loyalty points which you can use as a discount for your next purchase at our store. This would mean that if competitor pricing on a product is $100 and our price is $105, the difference of $5 + 8% will be $5.40 which will be equivalent to 675 points that will be added to your account.

 

 

Conditions

• All Price match requests will need to be submitted along with supporting documents (competitor store pricing on their website) by email to contact@tropicnreefaquariums.com within 1 Business Day (24hrs) after placing the order at our store

• All requests that do not fulfill our price match policy will be disregarded  

• Price match will be issued only after our team verifies the supporting documents submitted and confirms with our price match policy. Expected lead time 1 Business days after receiving your request excluding weekends and public holidays

• All price match requests on requested products should be of the same brand name, model number and available “In Stock” with the competitor dealer (website) and must not be on sale, or any special offer for example limited time period purchase, clearance etc.

• Price match is only applicable on non-MAP (minimum advertised price) controlled products. This means, products like Ecotech Marine, Neptune systems, Reef Octopus, Aqua illumination etc. will not be permissible for price match at any point of time

• Please note, all price match requests of competitor price must comply to the manufacturers minimum advertised price (MAP) in Canadian dollars. Any competitor price match request which does not honor the MAP as listed by the product manufacturers, will be declined

• All price match difference should be greater than $4.99

• Please note, all price match calculation will account for shipping and sales tax

• Price match policy is only applicable on purchase of aquarium products from our store and is not applicable to our aquarium setup and maintenance services

• Our price match policy will not be applied during sale events like Family Day, Canadian Thanksgiving, Black Friday, Boxing Day, Christmas holidays etc.

• We reserve the right to refuse /not approve any price match request at any point of time
