Hanna Calcium Checker Reagents 25 tests (HI758-26)
Maintain precise water chemistry in your reef aquarium with the Hanna Calcium Checker Reagents 25 tests (HI758-26) replacement pack. The HI758-26 are the replacement reagents for the HI758 Marine Calcium Checker® HC. These high-quality reagents are manufactured in a state-of-the-art facility and are clearly marked with the lot number and expiration date on each packet for traceability. Featuring pre-made reagents for ease of use, they are prepared with high purity chemicals to guarantee rapid, laboratory-grade accuracy when measuring dissolved calcium parameters. These reagents follow the Zincon Method in which the reaction causes a blue tint in the sample, which the digital colorimeter reads to display your exact results in ppm of calcium. By simply adding 1 mL of the first reagent to the sample, followed by a packet of the second reagent in the HI758-26 set, the reaction will take place smoothly. These reagents are designed to be used with samples that have an expected range of 200 to 600 ppm calcium, making them an indispensable tool for tracking optimal coral skeletal growth in your marine fish tank.
